Our Mission

Reverb Network's mission is to grow missional leaders to impact the world.

We provide leadership training, consulting and coaching to faith-based and non-profit organizations as well as to business groups and other associations for the purpose of creating a serving leadership culture in all spheres of society.

After training over 3,000 leaders in Uganda during a two-year period using a large event format of workshops and seminars, we found that only a handful of leaders were using the training model and materials that we gave them to train and develop other leaders.

Based on this assessment, we knew that we had to change our methods and strategy. This led us to pray and seek God's guidance and direction. After several months of prayer, study, and reflection, we believe God gave us the answer.

We needed to develop leaders just the way that Jesus did!

Our Vision

In the next 10 years Reverb Network will have inspired and incubated missional initiatives and serving leadership movements around the world.

Our Values

We seek to honor God in all we do as we live by these values:

Stewardship

  • We will wisely utilize our time, energy, and financial resources to train and equip missional leaders.
  • We will focus on key people with influence and those who have sincere interest in being equipped.

Empowerment

  • We will resource and release missional leaders once trained and equipped.
  • We will support missional leaders through prayer and with resources according to strategic value and availability.

Diversity

  • We will be intentional in training and equipping people across ethnic, denominational, and gender barriers.
  • We will seek to integrate leaders from diverse backgrounds on our board and our strategic and executive committees.

Partnering

  • We will seek to partner with organizations and individuals who share our values and common mission.
  • We realize that others can often do things better than we can.

Innovation

  • We will continually be open to changing/upgrading our approach to developing missional leaders.
  • We will constantly upgrade our curriculum to reflect new Biblical insights and global perspectives on serving leadership.
